The market town of Warminster is the most southerly of the
string of towns that run down the western side of Salisbury Plain in
Wiltshire. It is conveniently situated between the historic cities of Bath
and Salisbury and close to excellent road communications via the nearby
A303, with access to London and the South West.
Upsalls, based in Warminster for the last 10 years, was
historically linked with residential and commercial business, plus letting
management. James Twinn, an associate partner for 3 of those years, bought
the residential and introductory letting element of the business in
January 2004 and continues to trade from the Market Place office as
Upsalls Residential. The company concentrates on the local area, covering
towns and villages north towards the M4 and specialising in the southerly
villages of the Wylye, Nadder and Deverill valleys.
James has a background of 13 years in the estate agency
world and has an in-depth knowledge of the Wiltshire property scene. Ably
assisted by his team of 5 staff, the company provides an unrivalled
professional, yet sympathetic, approach to all their clients.
